Q: What do the column titles mean?

TT	Maximum TT value of the crafted item.
Cost	Cost for one crafting attempt with items bought at TT price.
Cost/M	Cost for one crafting attempt with items bought at market price.
Cost/M(%)	Cost percentage including markup for one crafting attempt, i.e. Cost/M divided by Cost.
Markup	Market value for the item. Can be TT+, % or fixed price depending of the item type.
Markup (M)	Market value for the Male version of the item.
Markup (F)	Market value for the Female version of the item.
